2: CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for:

Selecting appropriate prey sizes and products
Proper handling, storage, thawing, feeding, and disposal
Following all safety instructions and warnings
Ensuring product legality within their local jurisdiction

Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers are solely the responsibility of the customer.

3: SHIPPING POLICY

The Big Cheese Rodent Factory ships temperature-sensitive frozen products using third-party carriers.

Delivery dates are estimates only and are NOT guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Carrier delays
Weather events
Natural disasters
Supply chain interruptions
Incorrect customer information
Mechanical failures
Acts outside our reasonable control

Once packages are delivered to the shipping address provided, customers assume responsibility for the package and its contents.

4: FROZEN ARRIVAL GUARANTEE

Products are guaranteed to arrive frozen or acceptably cold under normal shipping conditions subject to the following conditions:

Claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery
Photographs may be required
Original packaging may be required for verification
Claims submitted outside required timeframes may be denied

The Big Cheese Rodent Factory reserves the right to determine replacement eligibility.

Replacement products may be provided instead of refunds at our sole discretion.

5: DRY ICE SAFETY

Shipments may contain dry ice.

Customers acknowledge dry ice may cause:

Frost burns
Injury from improper handling
Carbon dioxide buildup in enclosed spaces

Customers agree to safely handle, store, supervise, and dispose of dry ice.

Dry ice should never be handled by children.

The Big Cheese Rodent Factory assumes no liability for injuries resulting from improper dry ice handling or disposal.

6: SAFE HANDLING

Frozen feeder animals may contain naturally occurring bacteria.
Customers agree to:

Wash hands after handling
Prevent cross contamination
Properly sanitize preparation surfaces
Store products appropriately
Keep products away from children and food preparation areas

7: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
