After FedEx lost my first shipment… I received the replacement shipment yesterday! My snakes ate this morning :-).I have never ordered from The Big Cheese Rodent Factory before. I have gotten rats from expos and other online retailers. I used AI to hunt through options and landed with you. A few points… First, with the FedEx problem. I could not have dreamed of a better response from your company. I appreciate how quickly you shipped out the replacement rats! Second, your rats are the cleanest rats I have ever seen, and packaged extremely well!. My snakes are great eaters (2 adult ball pythons a juvenile boa and an adult boa) . All of the snakes ate immediately when the rats were offered.I want to thank and praise you for this entire experience. This was the first time I have ordered from your company as well as ordering frozen mice/rats through the mail. I am so impressed with the shipment, packing, and the way the mice/rats are packaged. I have not opened them yet, but they appear to be very fresh. I just want to extend my thanks!!! My feeder fuzzies arrived packaged well and beautifully frozen yesterday. My new ball python was on a month long hunger strike due to crappy pet store feeders, a traumatic last force feed by the pet store, adjusting to his new environment, managing a heat wave and shed… I served him your fuzzy last night and it was a big success! Hi, just wanted to say that our rodents arrived today. Wednesday the 21st. You guys have outstanding rodents. After buying from a petshop the last few years, I’ve seen the light. There is o comparison. My snakes ate like they’d never had a meal before, LOL
