After FedEx lost my first shipment… I received the replacement shipment yesterday! My snakes ate this morning :-).I have never ordered from The Big Cheese Rodent Factory before. I have gotten rats from expos and other online retailers. I used AI to hunt through options and landed with you. A few points… First, with the FedEx problem. I could not have dreamed of a better response from your company. I appreciate how quickly you shipped out the replacement rats! Second, your rats are the cleanest rats I have ever seen, and packaged extremely well!. My snakes are great eaters (2 adult ball pythons a juvenile boa and an adult boa) . All of the snakes ate immediately when the rats were offered.I want to thank and praise you for this entire experience. If you have a list of places that are more influential for me to leave a positive review please let me know.I will 100% order from you again (and again, and again)
