Large rabbits contain muscle meat, edible bone, organs, connective tissue, and fur, making them a nutrient-rich whole prey option for many carnivorous reptiles, raptors, and exotic mammals. Whole prey feeding is commonly used to support more natural dietary intake.
After arrival, large rabbits should be transferred to a freezer immediately to maintain freshness and product quality. Keeping feeders sealed in freezer-safe packaging also helps reduce freezer burn and protects them during long-term storage.
